Provide re-entry services for individuals currently or pending release from correctional institutions.
Includes: outpatient treatment with mental health counseling, substance abuse treatment, educational opportunities, job training programs and development of independent life skills.

About
Providing guidance in selecting appropriate services, conduct monthly meetings, facilitate on-site educational classes, provide referrals, and assist with the application process for benefits and services such as mental health counseling, substance abuse treatment, educational opportunities, and job training programs.

Applicants for program participation are directed from many of the local social service organizations, correctional institutions, parole and probation, court system, within the community. After completing the application on the website, they are brought in for a personal interview and are selected among applicants on a first come-first served basis.
