General Information


Provide medication assisted treatment, individual, group and family counseling, treatment planning, urinalysis monitoring and medical assessments and referrals for substance use disorders.

Intake appointments are given on a first call basis, but priority is given to pregnant females, H.I.V. positive persons, and intravenous drug users; Walk-ins are also accepted.

Payments accepted: Private health insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, State-financed health insurance plan other than Medicaid, and cash or self-payment.

We partner with the Latino Providers Network and Catholic Charities for non-English populations.

Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)

About

Provides medication assisted treatment via methadone maintenance.

Assessments and Referrals

About

Assessments: Support from all teams during first ninety days of treatment: Intake, Orientation, Supportive Services, Prevention/Education and Medical Support. Provides a better understanding of treatment services and a continuous assessment of your needs.

Referrals: We have partnered with many organizations that provide other levels of care such as inpatient treatment. You are referred to these organizations for additional treatment as needed.

Counseling

About

Provides individual, group and family counseling based on your needs.

Clients are required to meet with their assigned Counselor at least twice monthly during their initial treatment period.

Urinalysis monitoring

About

Helps to measure success in the program, identifying possible misuse and abuse during opioid therapy.
