General Information


An outpatient methadone clinic that specializes in treating patients with opioid use disorder. The treatment plan will have two parts, Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) and Counseling.

Program admission priority is given to those who are IV drug users, HIV positive or pregnant women.

Individual Therapy

About

Individualized treatment planning and scheduling.

Primary Care

About

Primary medical care is offered to all patients enrolled in the treatment program. The care team can help manage acute and chronic illnesses like hypertension and diabetes, providing vaccinations and preventative care including women’s health services.

Overdose and Relapse Prevention

Naloxone education, training and distribution

Family education and counseling

About

Access to education, counseling and referrals to specialists.

Needle exchange

About

Ability to obtain new syringes in exchange for used ones to prevent HIV spread.

Pharmacotherapy

About

Suboxone/Buprenorphine medication therapy used to treat opioid addiction

Group Therapy

About

Intensive outpatient, standard, methadone, and gender-specific groups

Peer Recovery Support Services

About

On-site services as well as SBIRT and OSOP, which are offered through the Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center.

DUI/DWI Services

About

Assessment & education, individual and group therapy.
