Individual Therapy

About

You will work one-on-one with a trained therapist to explore feelings, better understand themselves and others, set personal goals, and work toward change.
A client and therapist may work together for a few sessions or several years, depending on the client’s needs and goals for therapy.

How to Apply:

1) Call us to schedule your initial appointment at (667)239-3195 where you will be asked to provide information over the telephone to help us evaluate if our clinic is your best treatment option. 2) You may be scheduled for an initial two-hour evaluation session, getting to know the therapist and providing him/her with some background about yourself and the reasons you are seeking counseling. The intake therapist will be able to answer your questions regarding services, fees, confidentiality and what to expect in therapy. 3) At the end of that first session, you will decide on a time slot for your therapy sessions (typically, the client and therapist will meet once a week, and each session will last approximately one hour). 4) At your second appointment, you will begin working with your therapist to set goals for your therapy experience and then begin working together toward achieving them.
