The Liberty Judy Center develops high-quality, collaborative programs and approaches that lovingly support and nurture young children's development in the home, in childcare, and in school.
The Liberty Judy Center distributes and delivers diapers, baby supplies, clothing, and more! We only provide to families that live in the following Zip Codes: 21215, 21216, 21207. Gateway To Success Learning Center is an approved childcare site for emergency personnel's children. They are a member of the Liberty Judy Center's Childcare Consortium Partnership and offer quality childcare services. Contact them directly by clicking the link on the website or at (443) 541 -0505.

Pre-K and K Enrollment is now open for the 2021-2022 School Year! If you or someone you know has a child turning 4 or 5 by September 1st, 2021, then they are eligible for Pre-K and K respectively. Families living in the 21215, 21216, or 21207 zip codes are eligible for registration at Liberty Elementary School. ENROLLMENT OPTIONS: 1. The Liberty Judy Center distributes diapers, baby supplies, clothing, and more! If you or someone you know has a child in need of diapers and live in the Liberty Elementary School Zone, then you can receive diapers. Please text our Family Services Coordinator at 443-961-4597 to request diapers. Diapers can be picked up via appointment or placed in your child's backpack during dismissal. Diapers will only be distributed to current Liberty families. YOU WILL BE ASKED THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION TO RECEIVE DIAPERS: 1. Child's Name and DOB, 2. Diaper/Pull-Up Size Needed, 3.
