This location offers groceries every two weeks for anyone living in our service area,lunches every weekday for people who are homeless and food can be picked up Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at 116 W. Pennsylvania Avenue in downtown Towson. For groceries pickup that's on Wednesdays from 4:00 p.m. to 7 p.m. They also provide Emergency Financial Help and ACTC’s Financial Assistance Office is open, and can offer limited assistance for rental eviction or BGE turn-off notices for anyone living in the service area please apply using this link https://www.actcserves.org/apply-for-financial-assistance/ .
