Food
• Provide groceries every two weeks for anyone living in their service area
• Lunches every weekday for people who are homeless
Food can be picked up Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at 116 W. Pennsylvania Avenue in downtown Towson.
Only Groceries pickup is Wednesdays from 4:00 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Emergency Financial Help
• ACTC’s Financial Assistance Office which can offer limited assistance for rental eviction or the BGE turn-off notices.
Please note they are not accepting new applications for BGE urnoffs.

Homeless Services like: weekday lunches, Friday pick-up of toiletries and extra food for the weekend, limited referrals for clothing, and mail pick-up.

Financial Assistance
About
You can get emergency financial assistance for things like rent or mortgage payments if you are facing eviction. To learn more about this service, please visit their website and fill out an application. You can fill out the application for financial assistance here. If you need assistance with applying, please call 410-296-4855 on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10am until 2pm.
Please Note: If you received assistance since October of 2020, they cannot assist you again.

This service is only available to people living in these zip codes: 21013, 21030, 21031, 21053, 21057, 21082, 21093, 21105, 21111, 21120, 21131, 21152, 21204, 21210, 21212, 21234, 21239, 21252, 21284, 21285, and 21286.How to Apply:
