Ballet After Dark provides arts and cultural programs, mental health resources, education, and activities for Black and Brown girls impacted by sexual violence and various traumas. They offer programs for young women ages 7-24 years old.

BAD Ballet Fellowship-Youthworks
(Ballet After Dark)About
A 6-week fellowship program for Black and Brown young women. The program helps build professional skills and includes daily somatic dance classes and chances to perform. In partnership with YouthWorks, the program will accept 20 young people ages 16–21.
BAD Camp
(Ballet After Dark)About
A 2-week camp for Black and Brown girls and teens ages 6–17. The camp includes meals, field trips, and fun activities. Youth can join up to 25 hours of programs each week. Each session has space for 20 participants. Registration for BAD Camp is open. Camps will be offered between June 29-August 7, 2026. Registration costs $75 and must be paid in full before the program starts. If you need help paying the fee, you can apply for a registration scholarship. To be considered, send a short 2–3 sentence letter explaining your need to info@balletafterdark.com. Scholarships are limited. Please answer this question in your letter: How will this scholarship help the youth who needs it? All participants, parents, and guardians must complete a trauma-informed training before the program begins. If the training is not completed, the participant may be placed on the waitlist.
