The Baltimore City Health Department operates several health-related services for Baltimore City residents, including STD services, dental care, family planning, teen health, Tuberculosis, primary care clinics, and mobile clinics service.

Family Planning and Reproductive Health Clinics
About
The program aims to reduce unintended pregnancies and improve pregnancy outcomes by providing reproductive health services to women and men between ages of 25 to 50.
Services offered include: * birth controls, emergency contraception, pregnancy testing and referrals * breast exams, cervical cancer, STD (sexually transmitted disease), and HIV testing * STD treatment counseling, substance use and mental health screenings * referrals, and health education
Appointment times vary but available for walk-ins.

About
Provides basic dental care such as exams, x-rays, teeth cleanings, fillings and extractions to eligible children and adults ages 12 months and older. Urgent Care services such as tooth extraction available for all ages. Dental care also available for pregnant women enrolled in Medicaid. Dental visits are by appointments only.

SPOT Mobile Clinic
About
SPOT mobile clinic is an integrated health team that aims to provide free, low-barrier, and integrated health care to communities affected by overdose, people who use drugs, and people experiencing homelessness.
Services offered include treatment for
-Oidiod use disorder, low-barrier buprenorphine;
-HIV: testing, treatment, and pre-exposure prophylaxis;
-Sexual health: sexually transmitted illness testing, treatment;
-Hepatitis C: testing and treatment;
-Wound care; vaccinations including COVID, flu, and hepatitis A&B;
-Mental health: screening for depression and anxiety, referrals;
-Naloxone distribution and syringes; and
-Case management: Medicaid enrollment, primary care and mental health services, housing, and social services.

Tuberculosis Services
About
All active TB should be reported to Baltimore City Health Department, and case management and treatment are required.
As for individuals with diagnosed latent TB, and do not have insurance to pay for TB medication
OR have barriers to TB evaluation
OR individuals at high risk and need assistance for evaluation
OR recent immigrant, refugee,
OR in contact with an active case,
OR do not have access to latent TB services.
TB services offered include referrals, consultation, medication, nurse case management and medical TB management including lab work, sputa, and imaging.

Sexual Health Clinics
About
The Sexual Health Clinic is open for limited services. Clinical staff will also be available to answer questions regarding symptoms for STDs. Provides testing for STI, HIV, Monkeypox, vaginal yeast infection, and Hepatitis C. Provides treatment and care for chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, HIV, substance use and mental health screening, referrals. See the detailed services here. Visits are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Bring a copy of health insurance card and a photo ID.

The Sexual Health and Wellness Clinics are now billing for clinical services. Separate billing process for clinic visits and lab tests. Laboratory testing for STI (chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, and HIV antibody) is free for all patients. For patients with insurance, insurance will be billed for the viist and laboratory testing. Paitents without insurance can pay for reduced cost if provide household size and income verification, but still responsible for costs of the visit and laboratory testing. Same applies for patients who choose to self-pay or pay out of pocket. Patients who fall under 200% Federal Poverty Limit will not be charged for laboratory tests, and this only applies when one provides household and income information.How to Apply:
