The Baltimore City Health Department operates several health-related services for Baltimore City residents, including STD services, dental care, family planning, teen health, Tuberculosis, primary care clinics, and mobile clinics service.

Men's Health Center
About
Total Health Care’s Men’s Health Center is no longer located at Baltimore City Health Department’s 1515 W. North Avenue Location. Click here for more information. You can call 410-383-8300 to make an appointment and for more information.
At Total Health Care they focus on men taking care of health early, finding and preventing health issues quickly, and giving good treatment.
They provide services such as:
-Regular check-ups to help you stay healthy

The clinic’s goal is to help young women and men ages 10 to 24 by giving them health services to prevent unplanned pregnancies and have healthier pregnancies.
Services offered include: * birth control, pregnancy tests, cervical cancer (age 21+) testing * STD testing, HIV testing and counseling, breast exams (20+) * individual or group counseling, and substance use and mental health screenings and referrals. *

Dental Clinic / Oral Health Services
About
Provides basic dental care such as exams, x-rays, teeth cleanings, fillings and extractions to eligible children and adults ages 12 months and older. Dental care also available for pregnant women enrolled in Medicaid. Dental visits are by appointments only.

The program helps men and women ages 25 to 50 by giving them health services to prevent unplanned pregnancies and have healthier pregnancies. Services are also available to Teens, for TEENS click here for more information.

SPOT Mobile Clinic
About
The SPOT mobile clinic is a health team that travels to different place on a regular schedule to help people. They give free and easy-to-get health care to people affected by drug use, overdose, or homelessness.
Services offered include
-Treatment for opioid use disorder: low-barrier buprenorphine
-HIV: testing, treatment, and pre-exposure prophylaxis
-Sexual health: sexually transmitted illness testing, treatment
-Hepatitis C: testing and treatment
-Wound care
-vaccinations including COVID, flu, and hepatitis A&B
-Mental health: screening for depression and anxiety, referrals
-Naloxone distribution and syringes
-Case management: Medicaid enrollment, primary care and mental health services, housing, and social services.

Sexual Health Clinics
About
The Sexual Health Clinic is open for limited services. Clinical staff will also be available to answer questions regarding symptoms for STDs. Provides testing for Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI), human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), Monkeypox, vaginal yeast infection, and Hepatitis C. Provides treatment and care for chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, HIV, substance use and mental health screening, referrals. See the detailed services here. Visits are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Bring a copy of health insurance card and a photo ID.

The Sexual Health and Wellness Clinics now charge for medical services. There are separate bills for clinic visits and lab tests. Lab tests for STIs (chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, and HIV) are free for all patients. If a patient has insurance, the clinic will bill their insurance for the visit and lab tests. If a patient doesn’t have insurance, they can still be seen and may pay a lower cost if they share household size and income verification. However, they will still need to pay part of the cost for the visit and lab tests. This also applies to patients who choose to pay on their own without using insurance. If a patient’s income is under 200% of the Federal Poverty Limit, they won’t be charged for lab tests—but only if they give information about their household and income.How to Apply:
