If you can't afford a crib, HealthCare Access Maryland will help qualified families. Click here for more information. Visit here and email your completed referral to safesleepcrib@hcamaryland.org or visithere to complete the referral.

Individuals must be at least 36 weeks pregnant at the time of crib delivery. If postpartum, the infant must be less than eight-months old or under 25 pounds. Referred clients should 1) be a Baltimore City resident 2) have financial need (receiving TCA, SNAP, WIC, Medicaid) 3) no other resources to obtain a crib 4) agree to practice the ABCDs of Safe Sleep 5) view the BHB Safe Sleep video 6) allow a 30 to 60-minute home visit by the Safe Sleep Coordinator.How to Apply:
