The Baltimore City Needle Exchange Program (NEP) helps stop the spread of HIV, Hepatitis C, and other diseases by giving out clean syringes.

They also offer:

* Free showers, clothes, and toiletries
* Health talks about HIV, STDs, and TB
* Help finding treatment programs
* Training on how to use Naloxone (Narcan) to stop an overdose

You can visit the NEP mobile van at different spots in the city.
