General Information
The Baltimore City Needle Exchange Program (NEP) helps stop the spread of HIV, Hepatitis C, and other diseases by giving out clean syringes.
They also offer:
* Free showers, clothes, and toiletries
* Health talks about HIV, STDs, and TB
* Help finding treatment programs
* Training on how to use Naloxone (Narcan) to stop an overdose
You can visit the NEP mobile van at different spots in the city.

They give out clean needles, teach how to prevent overdoses, and offer free showers, clothes, and toiletries during the week.
The mobile van visits different parts of Baltimore every day. Staff wear bright vests and badges so you can find them easily.

This site gives free showers, clothes, underwear, socks, and toiletries.
You can get these items Monday through Friday and on the second Saturday of each month from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
