The Housing Authority of Baltimore City HCVP program awards vouchers to help qualified individuals obtain housing through landlords that participate in this rental property program. Currently the HCVP tenant based and project based waiting list are closed to new applicants. However, qualified people may apply to the project based senior waiting list here until 6/30/21.
