BHSB is a nonprofit group that helps people in Baltimore get care for mental health and drug or alcohol problems. Their goal is to help people feel better and live healthy lives.
They support the community by:
* Speaking up for better care and laws
* Teaching people about mental health and addiction
* Giving money to programs that offer help and treatment
They also work to create programs and policies that support the health and wellness of people, families, and neighborhoods.
Need help right away? Call 988 to talk to a counselor. Someone is always there to help, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Calls are private and free.

Maryland Harm Reduction Training Institute (MaHRTI)
About
MaHRTI is part of Behavioral Health System Baltimore. They help train people and programs across Maryland to better support those who use drugs. They also give support to health workers, peer workers, and state-funded programs.
MaHRTI offers live and recorded trainings, links to harm reduction tools, and sample policies. They also share helpful information for Maryland programs.

About
Bmore POWER is a team that helps people stay safe and healthy. They give non-judgmental support to people and families in Baltimore. Their goal is to save lives, reduce harm, and support the community.
They give out:
* Naloxone (used to reverse overdoses)
* Fentanyl and xylazine test strips
* Wound care and safer sex supplies
* Education on overdose prevention
* COVID-19 items like masks and hand sanitizer
They also lead the Go Slow Campaign to teach people about fentanyl and staying safe. Learn more here.
