Citizenship Assistance
About
CASA helps people become U.S. citizens by teaching about citizenship, giving advice, helping with interviews and applications, and offering support after they become citizens
They can help you fill out the form for US Citizenship, enroll you in a citizenship class, prepare you for your interview, and much more.
You can walk in to the center Mondays-Fridays from 9:30am to 4pm to register for the Citizenship program. You can also call the center at 240-491-5774 for more information.

Legal Assistance
About
CASA helps low-income immigrants with legal problems like housing, being forced to leave their home, job issues, and immigration. If you might lose your home soon, call 240-553-8970.
If it’s not an emergency and you need help with housing, job problems like not getting paid, or want to talk to a lawyer, call 1-866-765-2272. Someone from CASA’s legal team will call you back

Vocational Training
About
CASA partners with Community Colleges and other organizations to offer a range of vocational training classes to low-income immigrant communities. After completing the training, they get a certificate from the community college and a diploma from CASA.

CASA Health Hotline
About
CASA provides a hotline in order to answer your health-related questions and help you to take care of your family. Services include health care referrals to doctors and dentists, as well as health insurance support. This hotline also provides information about unemployment applications and food stamps. Information available in English, Spanish, and French.

Classes that teach you how to read and write in English are offered here. For Baltimore location, in-person evening classes meet Monday through Thursday from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm with occasional Friday make-up classes. In-person Saturday classes meet from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
