General Information
BCARS is a 24-hour hotline that helps people in crisis. They can come to your home for a short time to give support. They offer therapy for both individuals and families, help with daily living skills, and teach ways to handle behavior. They can also do mental health checkups and help avoid going to the hospital.

This program helps kids stay out of the hospital, feel better during a crisis, and get support that lasts.
BCARS/BCDSS Stabilization Partnership
About
This program helps children in foster care who are having a hard time in their homes.
Support and counseling are given quickly to help them stay in a safe and stable place. Help can start within 2 hours and may last from 1 to 42 days.
Families can get help over the phone or in person.
