CLIA’s Leadership Development and Advocacy training programs help Baltimore City youth gain the skills necessary to lead and advocate for positive change in their schools, neighborhoods and city.
CLIA offers job shadowing with lawyers, public officials, and community organizers.
They also offer summer leadership programs and a youth advisory council for teens to work with adult-change makers to have their voices heard.
They receive one-on-one guidance on resumes, cover-letters, and college applications and training in networking, job interviewing and public speaking
