Hours
General Information
This program helps people recovering from substance use and mental health issues. Support is also available for housing, job searching, and volunteer work. Free Narcan and training are provided.
Services include:
* Medication-assisted treatment (Methadone, Suboxone, Vivitrol)
* Counseling and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
* Peer recovery support
* Mental health services
Care is available in person or by telehealth. Walk-ins and same-day appointments are welcome.

* Saturday: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Medication dispensing hours:

Payments accepted: Medicaid, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, sliding scale, and self-pay.

Medicated Assisted Treatment (MAT)
About
This program uses medicine and counseling to help people recover from drug or alcohol use. The medicine helps stop cravings and makes withdrawal easier.
Medicines used include:
* Methadone – Helps with cravings and withdrawal
* Suboxone (Buprenorphine) – Helps with cravings and is harder to misuse
* Vivitrol (Naltrexone) – Blocks the feeling of being high from opioids or alcohol
A care team will help create a plan that includes the right medicine and support for each person.
Audience:
Adults who want to stop using opioids or alcohol.Eligibility:
Must show they are currently using drugs or alcohol through a blood test, mouth swab, or urine test.Outpatient Counseling
About
This program helps people overcome addiction through one-on-one and group counseling. You will learn ways to stay sober and build a healthy life.
The program supports people dealing with problems like:
* Drug use (including marijuana)
* Alcohol use
* Gambling
* Sex addiction
* Other behaviors that are hard to control
This is the most independent level of care and lets you live at home while getting help.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
About
This program is for people who need more help with recovery but do not need to stay overnight. You can live at home and attend therapy several times a week.
The program includes:
* One-on-one and group counseling
* Classes 2–3 hours long, four times a week
* Support with cravings, healthy communication, job skills, health, and relationships
Services are available in person or online. Counselors will help create a plan that fits your needs.
Peer Recovery
About
This program connects you with a peer. A peer is someone who has been through recovery and understands what you are going through. Peers offer support, encouragement, and help you stay focused on your goals. They share hope and guide you through your recovery journey.
Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP)
About
This program helps people with mental health challenges build skills to live a better life. It offers support to improve wellness, daily habits, and personal goals.
The program helps with:
* Building healthy relationships
* Coping with stress
* School and job skills
* Managing time
* Feeling better emotionally
* Being more involved with family and the community
Each person gets a plan that fits their needs and goals.
