Medical Nutrition Therapy
About
Moveable Feast offers free nutrition help from trained dietitians for people with serious health problems.
Dietitians meet with clients with an appointment by call to make a plan for healthy eating. They talk about food, health, and personal goals.
This help can make it easier to manage illness, take medicine the right way, get medical treatment, and feel better every day.
Their home visits and in-person nutrition sessions may be on hold since COVID-19. Call 410-327-3420 for more information. Their Nutrition Department uses a private online health care system for you.
To get care:
You first reach out to a service at Movable Feast. Staff then reaches out to do a nutrition check and see how much risk there is. Clients who have high nutrition risk or want to meet with a dietitian are set up to meet with one of their Registered Dietitian Nutritionists.
