One Fair Wage Emergency Fund provides emergency funds (cash gifts) to workers whose tips are considered wage replacement (your pay is based more on tips than an hourly wage).

This includes restaurant workers, nail salon techs, car wash workers, mobile delivery workers and drivers, hairdressers, massage therapists, and more. Other sub-minimum wage workers, including disabled, incarcerated and teenage workers are included too.
