Provide care, resources and services to help improve the quality of life for adults, families and children who are at risk of substance abuse.

Devaughn. Intervention. Teach.& Treat. Options (DITTO) is an Early Intervention and Outpatient Treatment program designed to provide education and quality treatment services.

Payments Accepted: Payments for services can be made through either private insurance or out-of-pocket, self-pay payments. Please call us to determine if you have insurance benefits that will cover all or part of the cost of treatment.

Partial Hospitalization

About

Partial Hospitalization is a daily treatment program requiring an individual to spend the day in a facility during treatment, when most of a person’s day (4-6 hours) is spent in sessions to provide the most comprehensive care and the client may return home. Provides a level of intensive care for individuals struggling with substance use disorders with medical staff and addition counselors using a variety of methods for addiction treatment.

If family members encourage negative habits like substance abuse, it can be very hard for a person to live at home during treatment, and therefore may benefit more from an inpatient treatment program.

Fees:

Requires insurance card and ID to determine fees for an individual, however if uninsured the director will determine fees via sliding fee scale.

How to Apply:

A client will call the center and provide their information and individual needs. They will be scheduled for an appointment based on the information gathered.
DUI/DWI Education

About

This early intervention program offers 12-26 educational hours for first time and repeat offenders. The program is intended to provide education and rehabilitation for individuals who may have been convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) or driving while intoxicated (DWI).

Fees:

Payments are accepted via cash or credit card.

How to Apply:

A client will call the center and provide their information and individual needs. They will be scheduled for an appointment based on the information gathered.

Education
Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP)

About

This level of treatment is designed for chronic substance abusers and/or alcoholics that have had one or more previous treatment episodes with or without legal, family, employment, social/and or health issues. This is a more intense version of Level I treatment where clients must meet a minimum of 9 hours per week along with their personalized treatment plan.

IOP addiction treatment increases the potential for a successful recovery by reintegrating the client into everyday life while remaining in ongoing treatment.

Fees:

Payments can be made through either private insurance or out-of-pocket, self-pay payments. Can call the center to determine if you have insurance benefits that will cover all or part of the cost of treatment. The staff can help individuals who qualify obtain medicaid insurance if needed.

Outpatient Treatment (OP)

About

This level of treatment provides client centered individual and group counseling that meets the individual needs from a holistic approach. Individuals learn effective tools to change undesirable behavioral patterns, identify triggers, and develop a personalized treatment plan to live healthy alcohol and drug free lives. Also offers on site mental health evaluation and therapy.

Fees:

Offer partial assistance for select outpatient treatment programs if available.

A client will call the center and provide their information and individual needs. They will be scheduled for an appointment based on the information gathered. Can also be referred for services.
Detox Services

About

Ambulatory Detox
Aimed at managing acute intoxication and withdrawal. It is designed to treat the level clients severity to achieve safe and comfortable withdrawal from abusive substances. Individuals who meet program criteria are not in need of hospitalization, but can benefit from breaking free from chemical addiction while in a supportive environment.

Outpatient Withdrawal Management
Targeted for those who are using substances daily and are unable to stop treatment on their own or who are already in withdrawal and need additional supervision that does not require medical care from a doctor or nurse. Provides a safe environment that allows beneficiaries to initiate care services to begin their recovery, incorporating medication to comfortably and quickly clear opiates and alcohol from the system within 3-8 days.

Early Intervention​

About

This program provides intervention and education for those who may be at risk for using or abusing drugs, alcohol, or any illicit substance. Prevention and early education is crucial in understanding the negative impact of substance abuse and root causes. This method will help prevent and lessen substance abuse issues before they become out of control.

Transitional Housing

About

Temporary housing for the certain segments of the homeless population, including working homeless making insufficient wages who have trouble affording long-term housing, and is set up to transition their residents into permanent, affordable housing.
