General Information
CCC offers help with mental health, substance use education, and recovery services. Services are available in English and Spanish.
Support includes:
* Mental health therapy
* Medication management

Virtual Hours:
* Monday–Thursday: 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
* Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
* Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

First Choice Counseling offers therapy in the office or at home to help with depression, anxiety, and other life problems. The goal is to help people feel better and improve their relationships.
Services include:
* One-on-one therapy
* Group therapy

* Help with taking and managing medicine (medication management)

This program helps you manage your medicine. Some medicines have special rules, and lab tests are required.

About
This program gives extra support along with mental health care. It helps adults build skills to manage money, take medication, eat healthy, live on their own, find a job, make friends, and stay active in the community.
Services are goal-based and time-limited.
To apply:
* Let the person know you are sending a referral.
* Fill out the PRP referral form.
* Send it by fax to 410-779-9400 or email to fccc1@hushmail.com.
* You will get confirmation within 24 hours.
* The person referred will be called within 24 hours to schedule a screening.

This program is for adults with serious mental illness who need extra help with daily living.Eligibility:

About
This program offers one-on-one or group therapy for about one hour, 1 to 2 days a week. Services are provided in person.
Support includes:
* Counseling for individuals, families, or groups
* Education about alcohol, drugs, and recovery
* Referrals for more care if needed
* Lessons on staying healthy and building a strong recovery
Two levels of care are available:
Level 1: Outpatient Program (OP)
Level 2.1: Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Youth Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program
(PRP)About
This program helps youth learn skills to do well at home, in school, and in the community. Support focuses on helping with behavior, emotions, and social skills.
Youth get help with:
* Self-care (like hygiene and grooming)
* Talking and getting along with others
* School success
* Managing anger and solving problems
* Making safe choices and handling conflict
* Learning to live more independently
* Taking part in fun community activities
Each child is matched with a mentor of the same gender. Mentors meet with youth at least 4 times a month to work on treatment goals.
This program is part of Psychiatric Rehabilitation (PRP) and is meant to support children with mental health needs like ADHD or behavior problems that affect daily life.
Audience:
Children and teens ages 7–17 with mental or behavioral health needs.Eligibility:
Your child must be referred by a therapist, psychiatrist, nurse, or doctor.How to Apply:

This program helps mental health providers learn how to run their own businesses. It is made for those who want to offer services and also manage their own company.
Services include:
Business Development Program – A 10-week course that covers:
* Getting ready to start a business
* Licenses and rules
* Hiring staff
* Creating policies
* Planning services
* Marketing
* Working with insurance companies
Cost: $125 per session (pay as you go)
One-on-One Coaching – A private session based on your needs
Cost: $125 for one hour

About
This program teaches skills to help control anger. You will learn how to spot anger triggers, make a plan to stay calm, manage stress, and improve communication and listening.
Two class options:
6-hour self-paced online class: Take the class on your own time and get a certificate when finished. Click here to start.
6-week online class: Meets every Monday from 5:00–6:00 PM. You must attend all 6 sessions to get a certificate.
