Provides residential housing and treatment for individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders. Offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT), assessment services, and detoxification.

Co-Occurring Disorders Treatment

About

Address substance abuse and mental health disorders at the same time. To treat your co-occurring disorders, we provide a comprehensive assessment, individualized treatment planning, counseling, integrated care, medication management, case management and care coordination, and referrals to housing/support services.

Assessment Services

About

Assessments for level of care placement are available to provide care specific to individual needs.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)

About

Utilize FDA-approved medications to relieve withdrawal symptoms and cravings for multiple types of substances, including alcohol. We offer induction and maintenance on Vivitrol, naloxone, and multiple forms of buprenorphine.

Women, Pregnant Women and Women with Children's Services

About

We provide inpatient, outpatient and other specialized treatment and prevention services to women, specifically single women, pregnant women and women with young children.

High-Intensity Residential SUD Treatment

About

Our residential treatment programs offer varying lengths of stay based on clinical assessments and individual client needs.

Residential/inpatient treatment services include: Individual and Group Counseling; Support for Co-Occurring Mental Health Disorders; Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT); Linkage to a Broad Network of Resources and Support Services; Access to Transitional and Affordable Housing Options; Educational Programming.

Withdrawal Management/Detoxification

We provide 24-hour oversight in our withdrawal management (WM) programs, with access to medical professionals, clinicians, counselors, and support staff.

Our WM programs help connect individuals with services including: Residential Treatment; Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT); Case Management; Mental Health Services; Legal Advocacy; Stable Housing & Transportation; Childcare, Financial, and Employment Assistance; Recovery Support Services.
