General Information
House of Change helps adults who are struggling with drugs, alcohol, or behavior problems. The program offers outpatient care, life skills training, and education. Services include:
Counseling for men and women
DUI/DWI education
Crisis housing
Intensive outpatient treatment
Help after treatment through aftercare programs
Peer support, family education, and self-help groups
You will take part in one-on-one and group counseling based on your needs. The goal is to help you stop using drugs or alcohol, stay healthy, and live a better life.

Services
Community Residential Program

This program gives people a safe and structured place to stay on track in recovery. Clients take part in at least 5 hours of treatment each week.
Services include:
* A full health and needs check (assessment)
* Help planning and managing care (case management)
* One-on-one counseling at least once a month
* Fun and healthy group activities
* Group sessions to prevent relapse
* Drug testing
* Learning life skills to return to the community
* Planning for emergencies or tough situations (crisis planning)
Eligibility:
This program is for people ages 18 and older who have problems with drugs, mental health and substance use.Partial Hospitalization Program
(PHP)About
This program helps adults start recovery and learn how to stay drug- or alcohol-free. It includes both one-on-one and group support, with group counseling offered every day.
Services include:
Individual and group counseling
Family support and education
Drug testing
Help with avoiding relapse
Learning about addiction and how to stay healthy
Life skills and planning for emergencies
Job and activity support
Learning how to talk and get along with others
Help finding and using other services you may need
