Shepherd’s Clinic provides health care for adults, including regular checkups, specialty care, and mental health services. Services include lab tests, cancer and preventive screenings, prescription medications, and medical supplies like blood pressure monitors, glucometers, and nebulizers. Doctors at the clinic treat many health needs, including heart care, skin care, hormone conditions, women’s health, and internal medicine. If a patient needs hospital care, tests, or surgery, the clinic works with MedStar Union Memorial Hospital to provide these services at no cost when referred by a clinic provider. Patients can receive ongoing care from the same medical team to support their health.

Joy Wellness Center

The Joy Wellness Center helps people improve their health and well-being through holistic care. It offers classes and activities such as yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, nutrition education, walking groups, and stress reduction. Other services include diabetes self-management, smoking cessation support, massage, acupuncture, reflexology, and health demonstrations. Most programs are free and open to the community, and the center also offers free daily meditation sessions.
