About
Home-based detox program.
Medication Assisted Treatment/Detox for Alcohol, Benzodiazepines, Opioids, Kratom, and Cannabis.
24-hour on-call support from medical staff, complete detox within 2-5 days depending on the substance.

Offers one-on-one therapy, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and psychiatric support when needed.
The program begins with twice-a-week sessions with your own personal therapist. You will also be supported by weekly sessions with medical staff who will assess your medication and arrange for prescriptions.
Eligibility:
Patients eligible for Kolmac’s Outpatient Program include those with a diagnosis of mild to moderate substance use disorder (SUD) or a diagnosis of high SUD but no documented use in the past 90 days (early remission).About
Intensive outpatient (IOP) treatment for drug, alcohol and gambling addiction including detoxification, rehabilitation and continuing care.
Detoxification: outpatient care that allows you to remain at Kolmac for up to 10 hours a day. Rarely requires hospitalization, but it is available quickly when needed.
Rehabilitation: begins with daily sessions that last three hours each, including group therapy and education. You will also participate in individual treatment.
Continuing care: available to Kolmac patients and patients who attended other treatment facilities and stabilized in early recovery, including group sessions once a week for two hours.
About
During the intake evaluation, you will meet with a clinician by phone for 45 minutes to an hour. You will discuss treatment options and answer questions about how addiction impacts your life.
You can contact for an intake from 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Active patients have access to a 24/7 on-call clinician.
Evaluation process is fast and easy and telehealth treatment is usually available within 24 hours.
