L.I.F.E. is a not-for-profit group that helps adults with special needs live healthy, respectful, and happy lives in their community. They have 3 programs to help adults with disabilities: Community Living, Adult Medical Day,and Meaningful Day.

Adult Medical Day Program
(AMDC)About
They help adults 18 and older that have different kinds of disabilities, memory problems, or brain disorders. Their program is made to support their client's changing needs, like making friends, moving their bodies, thinking clearly, staying healthy, and eating well.
They Provide:
•Rides – They give rides to and from the Center, and to doctor visits that happen in the morning.
•Meals – They serve breakfast and lunch that follow Maryland’s healthy food rules for the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP).
•Fun Activities – They offer lots of fun things to do inside, outside, and in the community.
•Wheelchair & Equipment Help – They can fix wheelchairs and other special equipment right at the Center.

About
Community Living Services help people stay active and be part of their neighborhoods in ways that match what they like and what they can do. They also have fun events like BBQs, holiday parties, and dances where everyone can hang out and have a good time.
•Services offered include: Group Homes, Alternative Living Houses (ALU), Respite, Individual Supports Services (ISS), and Family Support Services (FSS).
Their housing services include 24-hour help in a licensed group home, drop-in support at one of our homes, or help in a person’s own home. Their homes are also ADA compliant and wheelchair accessible.
