LifeBridge Health’s Center for Hope is a special place that helps people who have been hurt. They work to stop child abuse, family violence, violence in the community, and harm to older people. Domestic Violence
About
• The Center for Hope helps people in a crisis and gives free, private support to patients, workers, and community members.
• Stopping Domestic, Family and Interpersonal Violence: DOVE Domestic Violence Program at Northwest Hospital. Hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Call 410-496-755 for more information. The Forensic Interview Research and Education (FIRE) Program helps people who have been through something scary or hurtful share their story in safe ways during forensic contexts (like police or court talks).

Child Abuse Medical Professionals
(CHAMP)About
If you think a child is being hurt or not taken care of, you should call Maryland’s Child Protective Services (CPS) 24-hour Hotline at 1-800-917-7383. Everyone in Maryland is encouraged to call this number to get help, information, and support. You can also find more information about reporting suspected child abuse or neglect on the Maryland Department of Human Services website.

Community Violence

Center for Hope programs against violence like Pathways to Advocacy Against Violence Every day (PAAAVE), their Violence Response teams, and the Red Desk Project work to stop violence and crime from happening again in the community. Clickhere for more information.
Mental Health Resources
About
The Mental Health Program at the Center for Hope gives free therapy to people in Baltimore City who have gone through tough or scary experiences. The therapy is caring, respectful of different cultures, and based on what works best.
