General Information
Light of Truth Center offers safe and supportive housing for women working on recovery. Women live together like a family and help each other heal. The program includes three steps: recovery, transition, and restoration. To apply, fill out the referral form here. and email it to intake@lightoftruthcenter.org or fax it to 866-910-5074.

This program offers low-intensity housing for women in recovery. Up to four women live in the home at one time. A Peer Recovery Housing Specialist is there to help and support you.
The length of stay is between 6 months and 1 year.
This program follows Level I – 3.1 care.

Yes, there is a fee. Medicaid and some other insurance plans are accepted.Audience:
This program is for women who are 21 or older and are recovering from drug or alcohol use.Eligibility:
To join the program, you must: 1. Be able to pay program fees 2. Be clean for at least 30 days or have finished a treatment program (6 months or more) Emergency cases may be looked at one by one 3. Give a copy of your discharge summary and care plan 4. Share all doctor, medical, and mental health reports 5. List all prescribed medications for review 6. Have a sponsor or get one during the program 7. Get a physical exam (your exam from a treatment center can be used) 8. Follow house rules and take random drug testsHow to Apply:
Steps to apply: 1. Fill out the referral form 2. Send discharge papers and a biopsychosocial (a report about your health and needs) 3. Send all medical records 4. Email papers to intake@lightoftruthcenter.org or fax to 866-910-5074 5. Schedule a phone intake and a tour 6. After your intake and tour, you will hear back within 48 hours 7. If accepted, you will get your move-in date and location
