The Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP): Gives food coupons to older adults with low income. These can be used to buy fresh fruits, vegetables, and herbs at farmers’ markets.

Eating Together Program

Seniors in Baltimore County who are 60 or older can enjoy a healthy meal and spend time with others through the Eating Together Program. To learn more, call the Nutrition Office at 410-887-1410.
Eating Together Program: Lunch is served on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 12:00 PM. You must sign up at least 2 days ahead of time to get a meal. You can sign up at the location using their kiosk.
There are no fees. People are asked to give a donation to help cover the cost of the meal, but they do not have to pay if they can’t.

The Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) helps low-income seniors get fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, and honey.
* Coupons can be used at farmers’ markets, roadside stands, and community farm programs.
* Coupons are given out starting in early July. and are first come, first served.
* Through the SFMNP, eligible older adults get $50 each year to buy fresh fruits and vegetables at Maryland farmers markets and farm stands from July to November.
