General Information
Senior Call Check is a free service that calls older adults every day to make sure they are safe.
Calls are made at the same time each day between 8 AM and 4 PM. If you do not answer, the service will try two more times. If you still do not answer, they will call a backup person you chose like a family member, friend, or neighbor. If no one answers, they will call local non-emergency help.

If you do not answer, they will try two more times. If you still do not answer, they will call the backup person you chose when you signed up.
