General Information
Community members can apply for housing and energy services online here. They can also call 410-396-6406 for more information.
To get started on the services:
1) First complete registration to set up a myMDTHINK account.
2) The account is free and all information entered will be secure.
3) Once you make your account, you can begin applying for services.
4) You must have an email address to create a myMDThink account.
If you don't have internet access, you can request a copy of paper application. They should send the application by email, fax or US mail by calling 1-800-332-6347, Monday-Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Energy Assistance

Community members can apply for housing and energy services online here. They can also call 410-396-6406 for more information. They look at income at all Office of Home Eligibility Programs (OHEP). You do not need a turn off notice to ask for help. If you have questions about how to apply, you can call 1-800-332-6347 or visit here.
Ways of Applying:

2. Print out the following application. You can also request a paper application by calling 1-800-332-6347. Submit the application at a Baltimore Community Action Partnership center. Find location of offices here
3. Apply by phone by calling 1-800-332-6347. You will need to email or mail your documents to the office.
4. Apply in person at your Local Energy Assistance Office. Call the office to schedule an appointment.
5. If you are senior citizens or persons with special medical needs, they can arrange home visits.
