Baltimore City Head Start provides early childhood and family development services for low-income children (ages 3-5) and families in Baltimore City. Head Start services are federally funded and free for families who meet income requirements or qualify for public assistance. Enrollment is prioritized for families with the greatest need and for children with disabilities and/or those living in foster care or experiencing homelessness.
