Community Action Partnership offers comprehensive case management services. This includes connecting residents with resources such as job training, health care, budget counseling, parenting skills, substance use treatment, and mental health services.
To be eligible for the service, one must: * Be a Baltimore City resident * Be at or below 125% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines

If you are a Baltimore City resident, have an income at or below 80% of Area Median Income, and have experienced negative financial impacts due to COVID-19, you may be able to get help paying for a security deposit on an apartment or new lease.
