Baltimore City Community Action Partnership has been helping people, improving lives and strengthening communities since 1964. The program is focused on the goals of the client; many needs are addressed through financial empowerment, housing and energy, food and nutrition, and case management.

Community Action Partnership offers comprehensive case management services. This includes connecting residents with resources such as job training, health care, budget counseling, parenting skills, substance use treatment, and mental health services.
To be eligible for the service, one must: * Be a Baltimore City resident * Be at or below 125% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
