Meal Delivery
About
Meals on Wheels brings frozen meals to your home once a week.
You can get 7 or 14 meals, plus milk, bread, fruit, and juice. Meals are made for people with diabetes or heart problems.
Special diets like no pork or no fish are available. Kosher meals are delivered every day.
You will also get a wellness check phone call two times a week. To apply for Meals on Wheels call 410-558-0923 and press 1 or click here.
Volunteers bring two meals each day — a hot lunch and a cold dinner — between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., Monday through Friday. These healthy meals give most of the nutrients needed each day and are made with less salt, fat, and sugar, with the right amount of calories.
These are not free if you do not qualify for the age of 60 and have problems leaving your house. If you are unsure if you qualify, you can call 410-558-0923.
