About
Moveable Feast offers free nutrition help from trained dietitians for people with serious health problems.
Dietitians meet with clients by phone or video to make a plan for healthy eating. They talk about food, health, and personal goals.
This help can make it easier to manage illness, take medicine the right way, and feel better every day.
In-person visits are on hold, but care is still available through secure phone or video calls.
