Project Pneuma’s youth programming is based on 8 core programs which is social emotional wholeness,martial arts,physical fitness,yoga/mindfulness, breathing new life training, art integration and public speaking. Through these 8 core program they hope to improve the health of boys in grades 4th to 8th in Baltimore City.
