The Salvation Army of Central Maryland provides food pantry by appointment or walk-ins, items and mental health resources in response to the state’s effort to protect public health.

The food pantry is open Monday-Friday from 8:30am-11am and 1pm-3:30pm. Please bring a valid photo ID and proof of residence.
The individual can receive assistance once every thirty days.

Free Services (6-12 months) include: Spiritual Counseling, Work Therapy, Residential Housing, Relapse Prevention, Anger Management Classes, and NA and AA Meetings.

Adults age 21-65; Pass a drug test and breathalyzer upon arrival; Able to perform a work therapy assignment for a maximum of eight hours a day. (Booth House)About
Booth House provides emergency shelter and transitional housing for women, children and families.
Emergency Shelter: The emergency shelter is open 24 hours a day and consists of 57 beds. Guests can stay for up to 60 days.
Donations: Accepts clothing and toiletries.
Volunteers: Adult volunteers needed to assist with clerical duties, activities, and support groups.
