Perinatal Depression and Anxiety Outreach Program

Sinai Hospital of Baltimore

ABOUT

This program helps women who are pregnant or just had a baby learn about and get help for depression or anxiety.

General Information

The Perinatal Depression Outreach Program (PDOP) helps women who are pregnant or just had a baby understand their feelings. Many women feel sad, worried, or stressed during this time, and PDOP is here to help when those feelings become too hard to handle.

The program offers:
* Free screenings to check for depression
* One-on-one talks to better understand your feelings
* Help finding doctors or therapists if needed
* Information about the signs of depression and anxiety
* Follow-up support by phone
* A free weekly group where moms can talk and get support

The support group meets online every Thursday from 1 to 3 p.m. You must call 410-601-7832 or email aradion@lifebridgehealth.org to sign up. Babies are welcome to join the meeting with you.

PDOP is here to remind you that you are not alone, and there is help and support available.
