This program helps women who are pregnant or just had a baby learn about and get help for depression or anxiety.


General Information


The Perinatal Depression Outreach Program (PDOP) helps women who are pregnant or just had a baby understand their feelings.

The program offers:
* Free screenings to check for depression
* One-on-one talks to better understand your feelings
* Help finding doctors or therapists if needed
* Information about the signs of depression and anxiety
* Follow-up support by phone
* A free weekly group where moms can talk and get support
The support group meets online every Thursday from 1 to 3 p.m.
