General Information
SPARC supports people whose gender identities include woman, agender, gender-nonbinary, and all other non-men identities, who engage in street-based, survival activities including trading sex, selling or using drugs, and sleeping rough.
They are currently providing delivery services of harm reduction supplies including Narcan, fentanyl testing, wound care, and safer sex supplies.
They are also providing STI testing, emotional support, case management, free psychiatric services, and sexual health supplies such as emergency contracteption, and treatment of vaginal and yeast infections.

Case Management and Legal Aid
About
SPARC provides safe and compassionate health, social, legal, and drop-in services at no cost. Interested clients should call the SPARC Center general number.
You can also receive free legal aid here from Maryland Volunteer Legal Services every first Wednesday of the month. They can assist with criminal record relief, family law matters, consumer debt, name and gender maker change, tax issues, and other legal problems. Maryland Health Connection offers supports for health insurance every other Wednesday. Please text or call (602)-935-7554 to sign up.
