General Information
Teen mother and baby program where pregnant and parenting young women (ages 13-21) are supported through their pregnancy and early motherhood. Services include skill development, decision making training, comprehensive prenatal care, parenting education, and other specialized care.

About
Program for expecting and/or young mothers (ages 13-21) to support them through their pregnancy and early motherhood. Option to be given complete prenatal care, specialized health care appointments.
Each resident is given on-site nursing support, one-on-one assistance with newborn care, and prenatal and postpartum wellness care.
Additional services include parental education, goal building, and community support activities.
Spanish assistance is offered.
Programa para madres embarazadas y/o madres jovenes (edades 13-21) para apoyarlas durante el embarazo y la maternidad temprana. Tienen la opción de recibir atención prenatal completa y citas médicas especializadas.
Cada residente recibe apoyo de enfermería en el lugar, asistencia personalizada con el cuidado del recién nacido y atención de bienestar prenatal y posparto.
Servicios adicionales incluyen educación para padres, creación de metas y actividades de apoyo comunitario.
Se ofrece asistencia en español.
