Youth Workforce Development

Youth employed at the RICH Juice Bar gain valuable work experience while also participating in financial literacy training, equipping them with essential financial skills for the future. This dual approach not only provides them with practical job skills but also promotes financial responsibility and independence.
RICH Juice bar is an associated Juice Cafe that allows for participants in the program to gain employment and real-world work experience.
The program also offers trauma informed training and staff management practices to ensure that participants are able to work in team and independent settings, value constructive feedback, deal with conflict in a productive manner, and address personal issues in a professional setting.
Participants also gain knowledge and skills around the food service industry.
