MedStar Mobile Health Van will be at the Well every Wednesday 10:00am-4:00pm.
Services offered include: Primary Care, Urgent Care, Chronic Disease Management, Cancer Screenings, Vaccines, Suboxone, Mental Health, Wound Care, HIV and Hepatitis C Testing, Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) Screenings, and Women’s Health.
