Relapse Prevention Program
About
Enable the client to recognize signs of relapse before it occurs, learning coping mechanisms and triggers. Weekly therapeutic group provides the support to maintain gains and improve skills. Additionally, family involvement educates the family regarding the disease and addiction process.
How to Apply:
During the initial assessment, the intake coordinator will assess the need for family counseling and group therapy. A recommendation for treatment / referral will be determined.Drug and Alcohol Abuse Treatment
About
Provide drug and alcohol evaluations to determine the effects of substance use and other problems for the client. Additionally, we have a twelve and twenty-six hour program designed to educate the client based on their needs.
Twelve Hour Educational Program: Groups are held on a weekly basis for two hours for six weeks or one hour for twelve consecutive weeks.
Twenty Six Hour Treatment Program: Clients have the option of completing this program in thirteen weeks (two hours a week) or twenty-six weeks (one hour a week).
