General Information
The ROAR Center in Baltimore helps people who have been victims of violent crime. They offer help with legal issues, case management, health care management, and therapy. Services are for 18 and above all ages, races, and gender identities.
To be eligible you must be:
* A current resident of Baltimore City at the time of crime
* Have an income of less than $70,000 annually, with an additional $5,000 allowed per dependent
* Be 16 years of age or older (for therapy) and for all other services you must be 18 years old.

STEP 1: Visit their Brief Advice Clinics in person. These happen two times each month. Call 410-706-2781 to find out the next clinic dates and where they will be. Or have one of their partner organizations refer you for services by completing the following link here.

Legal services
About
ROAR helps people who have been hurt by crime, along with their families. They support survivors of violent crime, like Intimate Partner/Domestic Violence, gun violence, Assault or losing a loved one to violence.
Please note: You do not have to tell the police or any other authority about what happened to get help. ROAR helps people no matter their immigration status or past crimes.
