General Information


Offer a range of addiction services including: counseling, outpatient treatment, mental health services, education and access to medical care.

For individuals with opiate addictions, we provide an on-site location to help stabilize you on medication-assisted treatments.

Child care available to clients with children ages 0-12 years old.

Overdose Survivor Outreach Program (OSOP)

About

Links overdose survivors to care and provides training for the use of naloxone to prevent overdoses.

Case management and referral assistance

About

Peer recovery coaches help to form a treatment plan based on individual needs and assist with the recovery process.

Offer referrals to resources including access to medical care, relapse prevention education, and mental health services.

Individual and group counseling

About

Addiction psychiatrists, counselors, peer recovery specialists, and social workers address issues associated with: substance abuse, grief and loss, trauma, anger management, and relationships.

Gender-specific group therapy available.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)

About

Our medication-assisted treatment program treats withdrawal and suppresses cravings for those recovering from alcohol, heroin and prescription opioid addictions.

We use Suboxone (buprenorphine), Methadone and Vivitrol (naltrexone). Participation in counseling required with medication!

Outpatient/Intensive Outpatient Program (OP/IOP)

About

Treatment program used to address substance abuse disorders. You will meet with clinicians and support groups, working towards recovery from addiction.
