General Information
Provide care for patients with substance abuse disorders. Offer screening for mental health issues, chronic medical conditions, and infectious disease to promote health education, behavioral changes, and wellness.
Medical care is provided on-site located near the methadone treatment clinic.

Overdose Prevention
About
We promote health education and behavioral changes including overdose prevention education.
Provide family planning, contraception, PrEP, and Narcan dispensing.
Screening
About
Provide screening and/or treatment for multiple health concerns including: diabetes, hypertension, tuberculosis exposure, HIV, hepatitis C, hepatitis B, and sexually transmitted infections.
You will go through routine physicals and medical history, vaccination history, age appropriate cancer screenings and referrals and screenings for social determinants of health.
