The dedicated teams at your service include social workers, nurses, counselors, peer specialists, addictions counselors, occupational therapists, physicians, and support staff. They're here to help you and your loved ones with your mental health needs, as well as provide resources for recovery and treatment.
They have structured Psychiatric Assessment and Referral Centers (PARC) to handle inquires, referrals and admissions 24-hours-a-day.

These clinics are committed to providing comprehensive mental health treatment to residents of Baltimore City -- especially in south and southwest Baltimore. The staff consists of psychiatrists, social workers, and nurses.
We offer services to people who need help with:

RAISE Connection Program
About
The RAISE Connection Program offers an opportunity for individuals, ages 15-35, experiencing the early stages of psychotic illness to receive comprehensive services. Individualized services for up to two years can include:
Therapy
Social skills training
Family education
Medication management
Locating a job
Returning to school
Substance abuse treatment
The program is located at the University of Maryland Midtown Campus -- Carruthers Clinic. Referrals can be made directly to the RAISE team leader by calling 410-462-5799. RAISE is a part of The Maryland Early Intervention Program (MEIP).

About
Community Support Program (CSP) is a targeted intensive case management program that is designed to meet the needs of adults who require extensive community support that is not available in traditional mental health services.
CSP offers help and support in making linkage to:
Benefits – Applications for income entitlements, including food stamps, pharmacy assistance, medical assistance, and other public programs.
Housing – Identification of housing resources and referrals to them.
Identification – Assistance in getting supportive documentation for State ID cards.
Medical and Substance Abuse Treatment – Referrals and connection to services as needed.
Mental Health Treatment – Referrals and connection.
Day Programs – Assistance in connecting with day programs for treatment, structure, and vocational services.
Transportation – Connection to transport services that individuals can use themselves. Applications for MTA-reduced fare programs and Mobility paratransit.
Legal services – Assistance and referrals for legal matters.
Probation – Coordination with parole and probation staff

The child PACT team is a program intended to meet the mental health needs of children and adolescents, ages 6-17.
The team members include a child and adolescent psychiatrist, social workers, and counselors.
Services include:
Mental health assessment and treatment to those for whom traditional outpatient mental health services have not been effective
Advocacy and outreach for parents and children
Coordination of services
24-hour, on-call beeper coverage

(PRP)About
For the onsite PRP, services are provided through individual counseling and group activities. Recovery groups focus on helping members learn essential life skills for independent living and fulfilling meaningful life roles. Members choose groups based on their individual goals, including but not limited to:
Wellness management
Recreation and leisure
Community living skills
Health and nutrition
Social skills
Co-occurring disorders
Computer skills
GED classes are offered onsite and in partnership with Baltimore City Community College.
Breakfast and lunch are available.
For the off-Site PRP, Rehabilitation counselors provide community outreach services to assist members living in the larger community. Counselors work with members to set and help meet their recovery goals in the following areas:
Connecting with community resources
Social involvement
Money management
Managing health concerns
Household management
Residential Rehabilitation Program (RRP):
RRP is provided in two different levels of supervised housing; Intensive and General.
Assistance and support offered encompasses all independent living skills necessary to be successful, such as:
Medication monitoring and education
Social skills building
Money management and budgeting
Coping skill building
Anger management skill building
Somatic wellness management and counseling
Coordination of care with the members treatment teams
Young Adult Program
Harbor City offers specialized residential and on-site programs for young adults, ages 18-26, that focus on:
Social skills
Forming meaningful relationships
